The Mana Kai is a wonderful complex located directly on Keawakapu Beach that recently completed a stylish $5 million building renovation including new lobby, pool area, elevators, and walkways. There is a nice on-site upscale convenience store and deli as well as a nice oceanview restaurant. Sarento's, a fine dining Italian restaurant, is next door.
These units are smaller than many other 2-bedrooms in Kihei and Wailea, but the location and amenities more than make up for the lack of size. Each has an oceanfront bedroom that can be left open to the living area or closed off with sliding doors, and back bedrooms all have A/C. Higher floor units and those ending in 01 have the best views, while the units ending in 15 are farthest away from the ocean (but still have oceanviews). We rate many of our condos' interiors in this complex merely deluxe, so be sure to look at our candid comments about the interior upgrades and furnishings. A great place for families since you rarely have the need to leave the property because of the fabulous beachfront location and on-site amenities like restaurant and convenience store/deli.
