Our personal favorite, we highly recommend this exceptional property with true resort amenities. Only three years old, each of these luxury beachfront condos with high-end finishes is truly a step above any other property on Maui. The convenient beachfront location on the Wailea Beach Walk provides easy access to adjacent Wailea resort dining and shopping.

Wailea Elua is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over 24 acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months.

Makena Surf is a secluded beachfront condominium located within the exclusive Makena Resort. This low-density gated community was developed with 6 two and three-story Hawaii condos, each offering sweeping views of the Pacific. The pristine, picturesque beach and rocky shoreline fronting the property are ideal for sunsets, swimming, sunning and seasonal whale watching. Makena Surf offers central air conditioning, two large pool areas with Jacuzzis, private gas barbeque areas, four tennis courts and free on-site parking. Daily maid service is included at this resort property.

The Maui Kamaole, a AAA 3-Diamond resort, is our most-requested property. Amongst the newest vacation complexes in sunny South Kihei, these deluxe units offer patios off each bedroom and living room, spacious floorplans, and two pool areas, including the upper tropical pool area with waterfall and sand-bottomed spa/hottub. Sandy Kamaole 3 Beach is across the street and Wailea starts less than 1/2 mile away.

The Mana Kai is a wonderful complex located directly on Keawakapu Beach that recently completed a stylish $5 million building renovation including new lobby, pool area, elevators, and walk ways. There is a nice on-site upscale convenience store and deli as well as a nice oceanview restaurant. Sarento's, a fine dining Italian restaurant, is next door.

At the entrance to the world class resort of Wailea, the Palms is a favorite of Maui visitors. Conveniently located near famous golf, tennis, dining, art galleries and shopping, and within 1/2 mile of beautiful Kihei and Wailea beaches. The Palms offers breathtaking garden landscaping and an tastefully sophisticated pool setting-all add up to a winner!

The Royal Mauian is a deluxe oceanfront resort in a fantastic location between Kamaole 1 and Kamaole 2 beaches. Right in the heart of bustling South Kihei, there are many shops and restaurants right across the street. Views from many units are spectacular, and this property has a great oceanfront pool as well as a nice rooftop BBQ deck with incredible sunset views.

The Maui Banyan resort is located in the most desirable area of sunny South Kihei, just across the street from Kamaole 2 Beach Park, a sandy swimming beach. It's also conveniently located within easy walking distance of many shops and restauarants. The complex boasts two pool/spa recreation areas, as well as several Weber gas BBQ areas.

One of our personal favorites, the Hale Hui Kai resort is a small (39 units) complex directly on sandy Keawakapu Beach, adjacent to the Wailea Resort. This is a great location for large groups since several units can be rented but everyone can still be very close. The larger (1250sf) direct oceanfront 2-bedrooms have huge wraparound lanais (patios). This is a wonderful cozy complex with an Old-Hawaii feel with a fantastic beachfront location amongst $10 million+ private estate homes.

The Kamaole Sands resort has 15 acres of beautifully manicured grounds around a central courtyard area with fountains, stream, and one of the largest pools in Kihei. Sandy Kamaole 3 Beach Park is just across the street, and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as well. This is a family-friendly resort in a great location!
