This one-room efficiency unit is an affordable alternative to a hotel room. Amenities include a convenience kitchenette with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, large flatscreen TV, and private lanai (patio)! Contemporary island-style furnishings and artwork. Beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, cooler, and tennis rackets are also provided.

The Maui Banyan is located in the most desirable part of sunny South Kihei, and is just across the street from gorgeous Kamaole 2 Beach, a sandy swimming beach. There are many other great sandy swimming beaches within 1 mile, as well, and several are also in walking distance. There is a great selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Wailea Resort area, with many high-end resort hotels like the Four Seasons, starts less than 1 mile away. The Maui Banyan complex has 2 pool/spa recreation areas, lots of gas BBQs, complimentary tennis, and lots of parking, both covered or uncovered.

The studio has the following amenities:
Free high-speed wifi internet throughout, pillowtop queen bed, small kitchenette with granite counters, undercounter refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment (that actually keeps frozen food frozen!), extra-large microwave coffeemaker, and toaster oven (No burners/cooktop). The unit is tastefully furnished with 2-person dining set, large flat screen TV, and armchair with side table. There is a small private lanai (patio) with tropical plants around.

This unit is adjacent to beach and S. Kihei Road, so there is road noise if you're sitting outside, but the location is very nice- there is a wonderful partially enclosed grassy garden area just off the patio with gas BBQ and it's a very private location since no one walks past this unit to get to their unit. It's directly across from the beach, and a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby.

*Please note that this is a 300sf one-room efficiency unit with convenience kitchenette (no cooktop/oven or separate sink) and no washer/dryer. It is a great alternative to a hotel room.
