One of our personal favorites, the Hale Hui Kai resort is a small (39 units) complex directly on sandy Keawakapu Beach, adjacent to the Wailea Resort. This is a great location for large groups since several units can be rented but everyone can still be very close. This is a wonderful cozy complex with an Old-Hawaii feel with a fantastic beachfront location amongst $10 million+ private estate homes.
These condos are great values for their fantastic and rare true beachfront location in a very desirable area. Rates vary greatly based on location within the complex and upgrades. The direct beachfront units are 1250sf with large wraparound lanais and incredible ocean views. All the other units are 850sf with smaller lanais and varying views, based on their location and floor level.
